Ashlea is a compassionate and skilled Remedial Massage Therapist with a treatment style that’s both firm and deeply attuned to your needs. She tailors each session to suit how your body and mind feel on the day—whether that calls for deep tissue work or a gentler approach.

With a background as an Enrolled Nurse, Ashlea brings a strong clinical foundation to her massage practice. Her understanding of the body and common health conditions enhances her ability to provide safe, effective treatment—especially for those experiencing chronic pain.

Ash has a special interest in neck dysfunction, headaches and migraines. If your neck is stiff, your jaw is tight, or your head won’t stop aching, you’re in excellent hands.

She has a growing interest in working with clients who experience Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) and hypermobility, and is committed to deepening her understanding of these complex conditions.

Ashlea is trained in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), with a focus on supporting people managing mild to moderate oedema, post-surgical swelling, and chronic health conditions.

She also offers nurturing pregnancy massage tailored to the changing needs of expectant mothers.

Ash treats every client the way she’d want to be treated: with kindness, respect, and clinical insight. Her warm, empathetic nature helps clients feel safe and at ease from the moment they walk in.

Outside of the clinic, you might find Ashlea rock climbing with friends or relaxing at home with her partner and their two very cute cats.

Qualifications:

• Diploma of Remedial Massage
